Caird is the founder and president of the New Road Coaching Corporation. Newroad is a company designed to provide a safe and inspiring playing field for people to explore their own lives.
Caird is no stranger to the health and wellness arena. For three generations she and her family have owned and operated the world-renowned Shouldice Hospital in Toronto. An institution known for its innovative and high quality health care since 1945.
Prior to becoming a Life Coach, Caird spent 18 years in the film and television industry as an actor, casting director and producer. During the span of her career she has worked with many of the industries finest entertainers and producers, including Charles Bronson, Dan Akroyd, Paul Anka, Don Carmody and Paul Haggis. From her years with Alliance Atlantis to her more recent projects with the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, Caird has held significant positions on television and film productions valued in the millions of dollars.
