Coaching Statement: My coaching philosophy is to see the whole person and thereby assist the individual in moving his or her entire life forward in addition to helping achieve one or more immediate goals. My clients tend to be people who have already achieved some success in life but who feel there ’s something else they want to accomplish. My overall approach is based on training with several experts in the coaching field and is grounded in key concepts of adult development and human systems theories, which lead to deep and lasting change.
I offer a one hour free meeting to determine whether a coaching relationship between the two of us is an appropriate one. If we decide to go ahead I ask for a monthly commitment of three hours for $350.00 per month. I also offer courses designed for small and large corporate groups. Examples of typical courses include: Renewing Teams; Using Change to Your Advantage: A Time to Renew; and Manager as Coach.
Prior to starting my own company twelve years ago I held a variety of management and training organization development positions in the financial services field. I have an M.B.A. in Human Resources Management, a B.A. in Education, and Coaching Certification from the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara. I am also certified by and a member of the International Coach Federation.
