Later our paths converged again and this time as someone about to retire, it was Cathy who afforded me the opportunity to participate in retirement coaching. Additionally she also provided me with reviewing skills to allow me to transition to another career. I discovered that not only was I lacking in direction but also that there were personal impediments that required addressing before transitions could take place. What a life altering experience this was! As a result of professional and personal coaching I have been begun a consulting business that I love!
