Coaching Statement: Chris believes that everyone can be a leader given the right direction and support. Chris works with leaders and aspiring leaders who are determined to improve their skills in motivating themselves and others to peak performance. He believes in discovering our strengths and building on them. Recently, clients have been attracted to Chris for Career Transition Coaching, including senior executives seeking transition into retirement, burned-out or laid-off middle managers seeking to find a job they love, and new college grads trying to identify their ideal career path(s). Chris helps them all identify choices that will capitalize on their abilities, personality and interests and create a future that is a great fit and one they'll love. Clients results include: fix and prevent people problems; solve relationship problems at work and at home; deal with inter-personal conflict; identify ideal career path(s) and retirement futures; and create preferred futures for individuals, departments and companies via a specific visioning technique.
Fees average $100 per contact hour. Group training programs are priced at $200 per person per day, maximum 30 per group. Chris has more than 20 years of experience working with people in the human relations area as a senior executive officer, middle manager, consultant, front line supervisor and owner. He has worked in three Fortune 500 companies and started his own small business 12 years ago. He has successfully coached executives, managers, supervisors, lead technicians, employees, associates, children, volunteers, and clients. He created a college accredited training program for supervisors and as a master trainer has personally trained over 6000 leaders in his "Excellent Leader" workshops. Chris is a member of Coachville, a founding member of the International Association of Coaches, a member of the Society for Human Resources Management, and the American Society for Training and Development. He is happily divorced and re-married, and the parent of four boys. Chris has been involved as a volunteer in twelve different charities and coaching four different sports for kids and leading Cub and Boy Scouts.
