Coaching Statement: We operate from the philosophy that people can achieve anything that is important to them but that they may need a coach periodically to facilitate the process. We help clients create a better work and personal life. Our coaching philosophy is simple: The client must take ownership for the changes that will lead to greater success. We provide the tools and work to create a road map that has specific milestones on the path to success. Meetings are friendly yet businesslike, whether they be in person or on the phone. We strive to create a friendly, open and businesslike atmosphere, one in which clients set the pace and direction. We will challenge each client to achieve and stretch goals and we provide regular feedback that will encourage growth. Our clients achieve SMART goals within 3-6 months. Their goals are typically around careers, behavioral issues, relationships, influence skills, and business success.
Our fees are typically in the $200-300 range per one hour session, depending on the client, the challenge, the venue and the medium.
