Coaching Statement: Our goal is to provide innovative and holistic coaching through the application of creative and proven best-practices. The essence of our coaching program is to assist professionals in understanding their personal strengths and weaknesses, knowing their personal preferences and orientations and aligning those individuals thoughts, words and deeds toward their stated goals and objectives. Our approach includes a battery of integrated testing including the use of the Serengeti Assessment Process and one on one coaching sessions. Our coaching is used primarily by "C" level executives.
Our clients have been able to enhance their interpersonal and communication skills. They have learned how to motivate others of diverse backgrounds and of differing agendas. They have been able to better adapt to major change and or crisis. They have acquired the willingness and ability to embrace diversity and leverage others who think, learn and communicate differently.
Our fees are $120 plus necessary and approved expenses. We also provide a number of workshops, including: "Embracing Diversity in the Workplace," "Creating Dynamic Organizations One Leader at a Time," "A Holistic Approach to Managing the Workforce," "The Power of Q: Using Investigation as a Performance Driver" "Innovation with a Small i," "Mentoring: Beyond the Five Senses," "Introducing Entrepreneurship to Your Corporation," and "How to Build Change Capacity within Your Company."
Dan Boos is currently the President & Managing Principal of Gorillas & Gazelles LLC. He is also currently serving as the Executive Chairman of the Entrepreneurial & Business Excellence Hall of Fame. He has more than 20 years experience as a coach to Fortune 500 CEOs, and wrote people practice methodologies for two "Big Four" consulting firms. He has coached business leaders on five continents, and has degrees in education and social sciences.
