Diane Burke works with individuals and organizations to improve their effectiveness, develop their leadership skills and thrive during change. Her intention is to help individuals and organizations in strategic development and in integrating mind, body, heart and soul into their activities. Clients include executives and teams, women in leadership roles and organizations in transition. Typical fees for coaching programs range from $500 to $2000 per month depending on the customized program. Coaching programs are usually six to nine month minimum programs.
Diane has been an executive, manager and consultant in international business and small business development for more than 20 years. She has worked with both the public and private sectors and taught entrepreneurship and international marketing at Rutgers Graduate School of Management. In addition to her Professional Coaching Certification (PCC), Diane has an MBA and a BA in Psychology. She currently belongs to the International Coach Federation, the Professional Coach and Mentors Association and the Institute for Management Consultants.
