As a "corporate leadership development coach" I help leaders at all levels enhance their credibility, emotional intelligence, team leadership and ability to achieve business objectives. Clients may be referred to me for performance turnaround coaching or for high-potential talent development coaching. While serving the individual recipient of coaching, I also serve the strategic objectives of the business. My clients appreciate my ability to listen deeply to them, ask questions that enable them gain greater insight, and provide them with practical tools and business savvy suggestions for development. Through the application of researched methods of behavioral change coaching, my clients learn the ability to make sustained changes in their thinking, emotional intelligence and behavior patterns to achieve their coaching goals.
My fees are based on the market rate for professional leadership development (corporate) coaches. Most of my engagements are for six months to one year in length. Fees may vary based on coaching services provided. In addition to corporate coaching with individuals and conducting real-time team-building programs, I provide presentations and conduct workshops on "Emotionally Intelligent Leadership", "From Supervisor to Coach", DISC interpersonal styles, MBTI, HBDI Thinking Styles, and "How to Learn More from Your Everyday Experience" (see my website for the latest details).
My professional coach training includes graduation from the B (Business) Coach program, The Executive (Coach) Program, and course work completion through Corporate Coach University. In addition, I have been certified as an Executive Leadership Development Coach through Right Management Consultants and have taken numerous workshops in coaching-related topics. I earned an M.A. in Human Resources Development and a B.A. in Counseling both from the University of Illinois at Springfield. My experience base includes over 25 years as an internal organization development consultant with Fortune 500 firms, where I have coached and consulted with hundreds of leaders at all levels around topics of employee relations, team building, leadership assessment and developmental planning. I am a member in good standing with the following organizations and subscribe to their respective Code of Ethics: The Peer Resources Network, Coachville, the International Coach Federation, and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches.
