As a coach, educator and facilitator I bring a wealth of personal and professional experience to my coaching. With over 20 years experience, I have developed and facilitated many personal growth programs related to leadership, assertiveness, career development and change management. My expertise in listening, artful questioning, identifying strengths and limiting beliefs, and an attitude of acceptance, has enabled me to have a unique perspective and understanding of my clients needs. I am a qualified adult educator and work place assessor. I'm experienced in working with diverse cultural communities and individuals, and I am trained in NLP. I'm a member of the International Coach Federation and Coachville as well as a lifetime student of Coach University. I am committed to life-long learning and to my own growth and development, as well as the growth of others in their profession.
