Coaching Statement: I have been described as an "out-of-the-box" thinker, and the "queen of reframing," due to my ability to experience the seemingly impossible as a welcome challenge, and to readily reframe life's obstacles into growth opportunities. I love sharing my excitement for growth and learning with others, inspiring them to find their passion for life and work, to triumph in the face of adversity, and to seek practical, constructive resolutions to complex issues in an ever-changing society.
My innate interpersonal and intuitive skills, contagious enthusiasm, and personal/professional life experience equip me to engage others in creative problem solving and positive change efforts under adverse conditions. My work reflects my belief that everything happens for a reason, and that there are lessons to be learned from all events that occur in our lives. I encourage clients to create and sustain meaningful, conflict-free connections with themselves and others along life's journey.
My fees for personal life coaching: one-half hour complimentary coaching session - no charge; initial intake session (two to three hours) after your completion and my review of your intake coaching packet - $300.00; one month of coaching (includes four one-half hour or two one-hour scheduled sessions, email consultations as needed, and review of preparation and feedback forms sent prior to and after the scheduled sessions) - $300.00 (payment is made in advance of the first scheduled session each month). I also provide a personal coaching package discount: after the first month of coaching, you may elect to pay upfront for 3- and 6- month coaching packages - $800.00 for 3 months (saves $100.00) or $1500.00 for 6 months (saves $300.00).
If you arrange for a friend to sign up for coaching at the same time as your coaching begins, the monthly rate for each person is $250.00 (discount of $50.00 per person). For each client you refer who remains in coaching for at least three months, you will receive two one-half hour coaching sessions or one one-hour session at no charge.
My fees for Corporate/Business Coaching: one-half hour complimentary coaching session: no charge; initial intake session (two to three hours and includes my review of your intake coaching packet and current performance evaluation as well as a conference call with supervisor/CEO, if indicated, for the coaching alliance) - $600.00. One month of coaching (includes four one-half hour sessions, email and urgent telephone consultations as needed, periodic conference calls with supervisor/CEO if indicated, and review of preparation and feedback forms sent prior to and after scheduled sessions) - $600.00. Payment is made in advance of the first scheduled session each month.
A Corporate Coaching Package Discount and Referral Incentive is available: After the first month of coaching, you may elect to pay upfront for 3- and 6- month coaching packages - $1600 for 3 months (saves $200) or $3000 for 6 months (saves $600). Corporate referral incentives will be developed on an individual basis, depending on the coaching circumstances.
I have over thirty years of experience in the corporate and entrepreneurial arenas, the last twenty-eight of which I served as the social work director with a diversified health care system comprised of two campuses and over 8,000 employees. At Spectrum Health, I provided department leadership for 85 staff, and coaching/mentoring services to management and staff throughout the system. I have a Master of Social Work degree, coach training with The Coaches Training Institute, Coach University, Coachville.com and Coaching from Spirit, general mediation training with Michigan's Community Dispute Resolution Program, divorce and custody mediation with the Ann Arbor Mediation Training Institute, and arbitration training with the National Council of Better Business Bureaus.
