Kimberly's professional experience includes the co-founding and subsequent $38 million dollar sale of SkillsVillage Incorporated and the successful management of a leading technology consulting firm, where she grew revenues from $3M to $25M during her four years of leadership. Kimberly sits on the board of directors for The Silicon Valley Coach Federation, and actively supports non-profit organizations which benefit underprivileged women and primary education initiatives. She is a member of the International Coach Federation
