Coaching Statement: I attract those seeking to make long term changes in their lives - from the inside out. I am especially skilled in helping coaches and other individuals grow from adversity, and find themselves by recognizing the blessings in their struggles. I use my past adversity to help others see their way, get clear about their struggles, and grow while in transition. When working with coaches who are struggling with personal adversity, I am able to help them continue growing their practice, stay steady, use extreme self care, and maintain a healthy life balance while still taking steps to resolve the adversity. Also, as a personal trainer, I provide fitness and nutritional servcies that aid in self care and physical well being.
A schedule for my fees and various training dates is available on my website.
I offer 15 years of business experience, 6 years of personal training experience, and years of volunteer work in many areas. My degree is in business management. I am a writer and published author and have recently completed a book about dealing with adversity called Ophelia's Mom. I am also a competitive bodybuilder, mother of two teenage daughters, and a survivor of childhood abuse and domestic violence. I consider myself a survivor of adversity and have found many blessings in my struggles. I am available for book signings, appearances, virtual workshops and teleclasses, and freelance writing projects. I am also available as a speaker/instructor for coaching schools. I am studying with Coach U, and I am a member of Coachville and the International Sports Sciences Association.
