Coaching Statement: I coach senior executives and high potential emerging leaders, who want to accelerate their career through expanding their reach and leveraging their time, energy and resources for impact. I am a thought-provoking partner for any executive who wants to be challenged in new ways and with new ideas. Many of my clients have made life changing shifts in the way they conduct their work and personal lives and have enriched every aspect of living through learning how to challenge themselves to new frontiers.
I do six to nine month assignments and I am typically paid by the organization. Fees range from $6000-$15,000 per assignment with strong ROI history. I provide workshops on "Emerging Leaders," "Executive Onboarding," "Serving Leader," "Personality Types in Executive Leadership" and the "Path to Executive Presence."
I have climbed the corporate ladder myself and have achieved numerous awards for innovative leadership and performance excellence. I know what it is like to have a lot of responsibility and stress to manage. I have completed coach training through Corporate Coach University, and I am a member of the International Coach Federation and the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. I am also in graduate school with a concentration in psychology and counseling.
