My corporate background is in senior management within the computer, service and distribution industries, coaching and developing my teams. My experience includes strategic management responsibilities, European customer account management, utilizing business and IT solutions, worldwide project management, middle manager development and coaching and business consultant for SME.

Execoach was trialled with I-play as an alterative to sending Managers on training courses. It was felt that developing individuals needs would have a far greater impact on the overall business than “sheep dipping” everyone through standard management development courses. We targeted the coaching at senior level within the business in order to achieve the greatest impact and greatest results.
Phyllis was open and honest about what could be achieved short term and with longer-term goals. The technique she used were non intrusive to the business, but had maximum results and very beneficial to the development of the individual.
