My goal is to help others take their practice or business to the next level, including other coaches and consultants who want to make a difference, and senior managers who are committed to improving their personal leadership competencies in work and the rest of their lives. All the coaches I have mentored have successful practices. Fifty percent have obtained promotions or new roles with broader scope, and seventy-five percent describe themselves as having gained a congruent and balanced life. I don't believe in a cookie cutter approach. I select the right assessment tool for each client and about forty percent of my practice is involved with team building and facilitation around issues such as: leadership, vision, strategic planning, interpersonal styles, improving communications.
Generally my fees depend on the selected service package and the identified needs. However, as a mentor coach the rate is usually around $300US per month and my corporate leadership coaching starts at $500US with 360 Degree Feedback at an additional cost. I regularly offer teleclasses, such as The Coaches Forum (free) on issues and topics of interest to coaches and trainers.
I have been working in the area of human resources and organization development for the past two decades. In 1998, I refocused my practice into coaching. I have an MBA and I am a Professional Certified Coach. I am also a Certifed Teleclass Leader with Corporate Coach University. In addition, I have diverse industry experience including line management in telecommunications and financial institutions. I consult to both public and private sectors in issues surrounding change and transition. I continue to work on the leading edge of redesign, management assessment and large group interventions. I am trained and able to utilize a broad range of assessments (most are on-line) including: Various Multi-Rater/360 degree feedback assessments, MBTI, DiSC, PIAV, Firo-B, True Colors, The Platinum Rule Styles, the Enneagram, PCSI, Strong, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode, Situational Leaderhsip, Leadership Practices Inventory and InQ Thinking Styles. I am a member of the International Coach Federation, the Organizational Development Network, , CoachInc, and the CCI Leadership Institute.
