Coaching Statement: Alchemy will transform the ordinary to extraordinary performance, balance and happiness. I work with individuals to overcome fear, get unstuck and make positive changes in career and life. I help clients accomplish goals, get promoted, lose weight, get through a divorce, find a mate, and find purpose and passion.
The fee for individual sessions is $75-$125 per session. The fee for three months of sessions is $900-$1200. I provide a complimentary 45 minute trial session. Monthly group teleclasses are $50 for each class. I am a senior member at International Coach Academy, President of the Orlando Coachville Chapter, and a Certified Fitness Nutritionist. I've had 15 years of marketing experience at the corporate level, and I've been in four marathons and over 50 road races. I'm a mentor volunteer at the University of Central Florida, an HRC active member, a Junior Achievement volunteer and I've had over 200 coaching hours.
