Coaching Statement: I offer expertise in leadership effectiveness, executive coaching, coaching for executive transition, for career transition, and performance coaching. My coaching is strategic, business-focused, and results-oriented and my coaching relationships are always collaborative. My clients describe me as vibrant, energetic, intuitive, strategic and tenacious. I strive to inspire leaders and champion their commitments to make a difference in their lives and their organizations. I am a sounding board for possibilities and I am realistic about how they can be achieved. I am passionate about my work, and make my enthusiasm contagious.
I pay attention to generating measurable results, and to that end, I have a great assortment of assessments both self-assessment instruments as well as multi-rater tools, so that together we can learn about your leadership effectiveness in different domains. I offer a complimentary 1/2 hour coaching session with no obligation to see if we are a fit for each other, and there are no geographic limitations to where clients are located. In addition to face to face visits, I can engage in coaching by telephone.
