My primary focus is in team development and leadership coaching. When organizations recognize individual contribution, they grow leaders at every level. I know that when people are in an environment that supports and leverages their unique abilities, they will shine. I use that principle in my coaching and work with my clients to develop a supportive work environment that will allow people to grow into leaders. I've developed a proprietary program, TEAMx, which is a 6-month coaching process that provides structured team development and accountability. I use this program with several of my clients, from teams within organizations to small businesses. I also work with leaders to develop the key competencies needed to lead successful teams and organizations. My passion for coaching comes from a deep desire to affect change and to create a work environment where people can be at their best.
My fees range from $350 TO $550 per month.
I held several positions at State Farm Insurance that included training, curriculum development, special project coordination and coaching. In my last position as Agency Resources Assistant Manager, I coordinated several corporate initiatives with the executive leadership team and 650 independent contractor agents, their staff and agency management. My biggest and most rewarding challenge was coordinating the vision and goals of a large corporation with the individual business goals of 650 independent contractors. I am a graduate of Corporate CoachU International (CCUI), a member of the International Coach Federation, and a faculty member at CCUI.
