We have a standard hourly rate of $350 and a daily rate of $3500 for coaching and $5000 - $7500 for training. Many of our clients hire us on retainer agreements, fixed fee agreements, and alternative fee arrangements. We are flexible in order to align with our commitment to provide exceptional customer service. We often donate time and always seek to add value beyond the fee-based scope of the engagement. Suzi Pomerantz, the CEO of Innovative Leadership International, LLC, has a Masters of Teaching from the University of Virginia and has been a certified coach since 1994 and a Master Certified Coach (MCC) since 1998. She is also a founding board member of the editorial board of the International Journal of Coaching in Organizations and vice chair of the board of the International Consortium for Coaching in Organizations. For over 12 years she has successfully sold coaching and training services to a variety of major corporations and law firms. In addition, she has coached and trained leaders in various public sector roles with many non-profits and government organizations. Suzi has extensive experience working with law firms and corporate law departments. Suzi has written numerous articles on various coaching subjects. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and the Peer Resources Network.
