Coaching Statement: I partner with individuals who want to become better leaders and organizations who want to create sustaining, coaching cultures. I provide one on one, group, and team coaching, and I specialize in bringing coaching skills to managers. My coaching is based on the following eight beliefs:
* The Ripple Effect: The impact of coaching starts with an individual becoming more self-aware, which in turn impacts other individuals, families, teams, and organizations * It Starts with Beliefs: The beliefs that you hold drive your results in life; assessing your beliefs and ensuring that they are congruent with your desired outcomes will get you where you want to be more efficiently * One Person: Often another person can see our gifts more then we can; it can just take one person to believe in us for it to make all the difference * Believe It, See It, Experience It: The first step is to believe in something, this will allow you to visualize it, which will then make it a reality * You've Got to Want It: Being willing and open to take the small steps towards change will ensure success * It's All About Choices: Everything in life is about choice. If you don't see your choices then you don't really have them * Everyone is An Expert on Their Own Life: Everyone has answers within themselves; it's all about learning to be more in tune and making the information more accessible * Power of Strengths: There is power in focusing on one's strengths
